On the home page there is a tab for "Heldups/Exceptions." Under that tab there is "Work in Progress Exceptions" and "Finalizing Exceptions." Under the work in progress there are 3 parts items. It doesn't have a "parts are back ordered" item. It would be nice to have a "parts are back ordered" in this area of ServiceLink to ease accessibility when finalizing work orders.

Having visibility of all backorders for the Work In Progress stage is a critical element for WIP planning and execution. Without this, users must access each work order individually to identify if there is any back orders for Work In Progress.
