Service Operations management have identified that it would be very helpful to see a report that shows work orders and the employee that has closed them. Currently this information is shown in the audit log in SVL on the WO so we can look at it at a glance view and on an individual basis but we cannot pull this all together in one report. Can this be added to the SVL API so we can map to this data point in order to pull and create reports? This would be used as a coaching tool to improve the branches WIP.
