Shippers are required to be filled. Currently they are filled out in DBS when machine repairs are completed. Machines are NOT to leave the property without a shipper. The driver that comes to pick up the machine is to sign this shipper. Not sure if there are any ideas around how to integrate this into ServiceLink, but the current process seems very clunky.

Right now the process is clunky - we have to go to DBS to fill out, sent to our loading dock or other areas by email containing the pdf. |
