When creating a SIMS, the user must enter a Primary Failure Code (e.g. Structural, Factory Assembly, etc) and then enter a Secondary Failure Code (e.g. bent, cracked, etc.) providing additional detail. The dealer is looking to be able to add the Secondary Failure Code FIRST and then enter the Primary. Current functionality you must enter the Primary first.
