BACKLOG OPTION FOR CUSTOMER'S POP FILE

The Backlog is a great feature, but it is specific to a serial #, are there any thoughts regarding backlogs for customer #. The backlog would be added for a specific customer, when opening a work order for that customer, it would populate in the popsicle stick giving awareness to the user of a backlog, they would open the backlog and if it pertained to the scope of work being performed - they would add the backlog. This would require manual updating of the backlog once it's no longer needed. But to have the reminder would be great!
