Shop jobs use the Promise Date and Est. Unit Arrival Date fields as indicated by the clock icon and road icon to populate the roadmap.
Field jobs only use the promise date field in the road map. The arrival date field does not populate the roadmap nor is it a required field.
We need an option to make field arrival date mandatory and have it populate the roadmap on the pipeline.

Is the issue more that the field is not required and displayed, or is there issue with using the Unit Arrival Date for field jobs? Display of the Unit Arrival Date is a configurable item, you can enable this in the console with the key SVL.JOBSITE.ARRIVALDATE.SHOW
