ServiceLink - Auto-Send scheduled messages

Description
Right now when the user schedules a message to be sent, it gets pushed into a queue, but then a user has to log into ServiceLink in order to actually send the message.

We would like to add a checkbox which will automatically send the message if selected. This should work for all methods of communication except for a phone call. Because it won't work for phone calls, the checkbox should be removed from the UI or disabled if it is selected.
