Upon further investigation, it appears that despite having a common map interface, we are experiencing discrepancies in which an address is displayed for a piece of equipment, (having the exact same location) in both EquipmentLink and ServiceLink. In EquipmentLink, the address is showing correctly, where in ServiceLink, the address is not showing, only lat/long as fallback. The workaround is to move the teardrop closer to a roadway, in order to facilitate the proper address.
The solution is to ensure ServiceLink works the same way as EquipmentLink when submitting an address to MapQuest/Google, and that the address is the same when hovering over the teardrop.
