Some of the information in the audit log is not specific enough. I didn't delete the sims after entering the sims, yet the audit log says I did. After discussion with Brent, it appears that the audit log is recording that the local sims entry record has been deleted after being sent to DBS, hence the 'Sims entry deleted' message in the audit log. The current entry in the audit log doesn't specify that and is promoting a great deal of confusion amongst those who are looking at the audit log for accurate information about what actions have been taken and by who.
