(WesTrac)There is a "Manage Links" functionality that is within SalesLink, it would be nice if this functionality is there in all Texada modules especially ServiceLink PSQ, CMP and COTI to the drop-down list.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
Users will need to access an external website outside of SVL to retrieve the necessary details. ServiceLink users will have access to both internal and external Document Management System (DMS) links that are relevant to the associated work order. This integration ensures streamlined access to supporting documentation and enhances operational efficiency and customer service which contributes to CAT Excellence |
