In PSQ when there are multiple revisions, and a revision was submitted for approval, the quote header show the status as "Submitted for Approval" but there is no way of telling which revision was submitted. This is the same if the quote status is No Deal or Lost, the revisions just say competed historical.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
The process that is not working is that PSQ users are unable to see which revision was submitted for approval. Unable to report in a timely manner and this compromises customer service. Good will look like have a status for the revisions. |
