This could be applied to all applications - not just PSQ. We would like to be able to place a short sentence at the top of all the applications that an admin can add/edit/delete that can be used as a general notification to anyone that logs in to the application. It could be used ot notify users of a problem with the system, training reminders, outage reminders etc....

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
Un-necessary Help desk requests being raised on our internal team. Keeping users aware that Admins are aware of an issue to save the user raising the issue. Generally improve comms between system admins and users. |
