, I was going to propose an idea to have CAT Finance Program Options as a new item in the "Manage Menu" in Model Admin. You could set up "Finance Specifications" and "Finance Rates Period's" the same way that Warranty and Preventative Maintenance Specifications and Periods are now. See attached screenshot to illustrate where it would be.
Families and Models could then have mapped data for the current CAT Finance program i-rates & terms applicable to the base models and machine families.
