Our reps will get a lead, call the customer and go straight to iQuote. In order to be able to tie the quote to the lead, they have to go into sales link first and convert the lead to an opportunity. It would be nice to be able to select the lead in iQuote (similar to how you select an opportunity) which would automatically convert it to an opportunity. Save a step and time.

Hey Court, I believe what the dealers are experiencing is the inability to go back and tie an existing quote to a lead that was never quoted from. We have the ability to do this in PSQuoter, but not iQuote. We have to completely recreate the quote (and tie it to the lead) in order to move it through the funnel, or else someone is having to manually change the status of that lead all of the way through to closing.

The lead is selectable through iQuote provided it is in the same division and for the same Sales Rep.
