We employ the new Pre-Approval version of COTI. When this was built, it broke the current process that creates an activity when the quote is submitted. We would like that function built for users of the COTI Pre-Approval configuration. When you submit for approval or pre-approval, it would give the user the option of creating an activity in Sales Link. Some rules would have to be written around when it would prompt, especially if a deal is cancelled and resubmitted. I would say on first submission of a quote to a customer account number

Court, it doesn't have to have to be on Pre-Approval. We don't have the same functionality as other dealers and DO NOT have the ability to create a quote on Quote Submit. We should have it, though IMO.

There is currently a configuration to create an activity when quote is submitted. If you are specifically wanting this for the Pre Approval stage that would be a Blanchard specific enhancement.
