Preventing users with Sales Rep access to removing CAT Components from the machine consist would be a way to stop sales reps from deleting items from a machine consist. This is critical as, sales reps can currently decide what they can add or remove in the CAT Components Attachments area, however sales reps should only have the ability to add components.
