Make documents that are uploaded to a machine in the inventory application availabie in the inventory section of the Iquote App. While sales reps are looking at machines to quote, they would be able to view the inspection report and brochure, just like they can look at the configuration, warranty, work order history and transaction register by selecting option over magnifying glass.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
Trying to save sales reps time and be able to get back to the customer sooner. All good would be when we upload documents in inventory app for a specific machine it transfers over and is viewable and downloadable in Iquote inventory section and documents section for any quote on that machine ID. |
