iQuote needs a mandatory field at quote named 'Type of Sale' at the header level requiring the rep to select from the following picklist of values:
Addition to Fleet
Replacement Machine
The 'Type of Sale' field needs to be added to the Quote List filters and in the dashboard display (and is exportable).
Also, the Quote List needs to contain a Quote Create date.

MSRs are incentivized to sell equipment and may not communicate to the PSSR team that there's aftermarket opportunities on existing equipment. With this gap in communication, iQuote can provide a bridge to support aftermarket management with clarity on what's being quoted. |
