Currently there is nowhere in the quote editor to change the model description and still send through DocuSign. For example, 305-WJ which is the price list model.

Hi Dylan, yes the model in the information bar is the one we want to be able to change. The example attached shows 305-WJ which is from the price list, the WJ is meaningless to the customer, Regards Mark
Are you referring to the model name section in the quote editor? We are able to change this on our quote editor. We cannot, however, change the model at the top level (on the information bar)
