Local items with no matching entry in the ERP are now flagged as such

When a local item is deleted in the ERP, but that item is currently referenced in a quote or standard package, we continue to show it with a ✅. This is misleading to the user. Instead, we should show some form of warning indicator to indicate that there is an issue with that item.
