Some dropdowns such as Sales Territory sort their values by the internal ID which makes finding the correct value difficult for users.
Some potential solutions:
Default to sort all dropdowns alphabetically
Allow users to search within a dropdown field
Allow customers to configure the sort order of dropdown fields
