We want an option in iQuote to keep the documents uploaded to the winning configuration after the deal was won when it is re-opened.

Our understanding is that, after the quote has been cancelled and changed, that the potentially outdated documents would remain on the quote. Wouldn't this mean exposing your quotes to the potential of having inaccurate documents?
In the attached example the warranty, Cat delivery service and a test document were all uploaded to the winning configuration. The deal was then cancelled, the quote re-opened and the documents are no longer listed. We are looking for an option that when you re-open the quote you get the option to keep the documents that were attached to the winning configuration.
Could you give some examples of what you are looking to do when you re-open a won quote while keeping the documents?
