When the Quote has been updated from In Progress or Submitted to No Deal, Lost or Won status the Transaction Details of the Competitor Info section is not pre populating some of the mandatory fields; FPC and Compatibility Code (aligned to the customer in DBS), Market Segment PWC (should match what was selected in the Opportunity), State/Providence (should match the Customer Info address).
