When winning or losing a quote, the dealer has asked that the transaction details section needs to be mandatory for both won and lost quotes, but the competitor info section below it needs to be mandatory for lost deals only.
There is also a discrepancy between Competitive Info and Competitor Info. My hunch is we should use Competitive Info.
