When creating a build up document in documents tab in iQuote, specific notes regarding the customers requirements are added to the configuration page. We want the notes from the bottom of the configuration page to flow through into the PDF build up document. Currently it only flows through to the quote worksheet document.
Hi there, Darren... need a little clarification, please. Regarding the Notes section at the bottom of the Configuration page in iQuote...the purpose of this field is for internal communication to your sales ops/admin around the deal specifically. For notes to the customer, there is a field in the Quote Editor > Cover Page called Additional Considerations that was built for 'notes' of any kind that are customer-facing and will print out on the quote document. Will this function work for your needs?
