Improve info. flow to help with CQI initiative

CQI is a big initiative with Cat and Dealers and there are multiple opportunities to improve Uptakes applications relative to info. flow. These things need to happen very quickly.

 

See below:

1) Set up a configuration to require a minimum of a prospect to be able to submit a quote.

2) Make the email a required field when creating the prospect account. Currently, it's a special field you have to select.

3) Ensure the Quote Contact AND Email flow over to COTI. They currently do not (at least in our version)

4) Make the email a required field in COTI if the account contact chosen does not have one.

5) Ensure the quote contact flows seamlessly from iQuote to COTI along with the Equipment and Product Support contact info. Currently, in our version the quote contact is not mapped and we've seen intermittent issues with the equipment contact and product support contact not flowing over. I think it may be a timing issue....contact is added after submission. In that case, the sync between iquote and COTI should happen repeatedly (nightly?), not just once.

    We track Company name, contact name, email address (for the contact), address, phone number for each account CQI.

    I will get something from our Marketing Manager, but it's mainly contact name, email address, phone number (mobile)...maybe a few other items. Stand by.

    In talking with Peter Le Mare, we had a question for you:

    Is there a comprehensive list of all of the CQI Metrics that you need to report to Caterpillar on?
    Can you provide that list so that we can insure that your requested changes in this ticket include a more definitive list to achieve?
