When a sales coordinator receives a reservation request for a machine or attachment from the iQuote module, they have to set up the reservation in DBS. This requires the sales rep number (3-digit numeric code), which then pulls in the sales rep name. All that the reservation request includes is the rep name.
This idea was submitted by Cashman Equipment Company, but the dropdown below (titled "Source of Idea") does not include our dealership as a selection. Therefore, I have put "uptake" as the choice and have sent an email to Uptake customer support on 7/3/18 for our dealership to be added.
