Caterpillar is requesting details of Quotes and Won deals that contain a CSA. What would be the process to get an exception report for deals submitted with CSA details? We have a report for deals sold with a CSA, but not one that shows % quoted (or submitted) with CSA.

Availability: The default status for all dealers will be: (On/Off)
Configurability: Dealers will be able to turn this On/Off themselves (True/False).
We have an active and current initiative to augment our analytics capabilities. This would be useful feedback for us to help with that. Could you be more specific about what you tried to do and what found too complicated? In the mean time, we find that many dealers work with Targit (https://www.targit.com/) to help with their data wrangling work. That could be an option to look into.
We have tried using the APIs and it is too complicated
We need a canned report that shows deals WOn with CVA as well as deals quoted with CVA.
This kind of reporting is best done using our APIs to pull the data that you're looking for. You can find documentation on our APIs in the CloudLink API Center which is accessible from CloudLink. There, you'll find a Documentation tab which will show how to use our APIs to pull Quotes, whether they're won, and whether they're associated with a CSA/CVA.
Hi Kelly, it was a one time report that we have run in the background for a couple of other dealers, rather than within the the application itself.
Jayme, you mention there IS currently a report that shows deals sold with a CSA? Am I able to get some additional information on this?
