For us, we adding a separate milestone to denote when deposit invoices are sent out and are having to enter them as $.001 because the system will not allow a zero dollar entry. Later in the project, if we have to adjust/add milestones due to partial shipments, etc., iMACS doesn't recognizes the previous entry as zero dollars and won't allow it so it forces you to enter a $.001 again. We think it would be easier if we were just allowed to enter zero dollar payment milestones on the project, as long as all milestones still equal the project sell price.
