EMT: Overdue Scheduled Items Report - Add Model Column

The Overdue Scheduled Items report that is pulled from EMT dashboard window (Events Notification) does not bring in the machine Model information, there is no column for it. It is a column for Active New Events and Expected Events.

    In general, please make all reports more functional (customizable)
