I would like to be able to enter a serial number in the search bar in EMT and have it pull results regardless of if it is in the Subscribed list, New CSA Details list, or Deleted Equipment list. Currently, the search feature from the home page/dashboard does not work properly. I have to go into each section of EMT separately in order to search for the unit.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
Reduce manhours and reduce tickets open to Uptake because a contract is "missing" from EMT, but really the search feature just couldn't find it. |
