When trying to locate a customer by physical address in Customer Search, the results bring back billing address only. Numerous customers use different addresses for billing than their physical address, i.e. PO Box. We then have their physical address under the Physical Address section. When searching by the physical address, have the results bring back both billing address and physical address. Since the column header just says address anyway.
