Sales Reps Incomplete Deals should not be removed from Saleslink until COTI checklist items are completed

Incomplete Deals are being removed from sales rep's view before checklist phases have been completed. We would like the incomplete deals to stay incomplete until all checklist items have been completed

    Seems logical...... if the deal isn't "complete" why is it removed...?

    This should be a HOTFIX since the logic seems sound, not a Ideal Portal request.......
