We have many users who will print out the Deal Details page as part of their deal package. Currently that prints as one page, but in CloudLink, they will now have to print 4 separate pages, which is a waste of time and paper. It seems that printing the entire deal should be the default, and users could opt to print only portions of the details if they preferred. e.g. It doesn't make sense that you would print out the equipment information, without also needing to know who the customer is, which is on a separate tab. As a possible solution, perhaps creating a fifth tab in the Deal Details (called 'All' or something) could be developed that maps the values from the other tabs. This way the rep could choose to complete the deal from that page instead, and COTI users could print the entire Deal Details on one page? For dealers that don't have a long Deal Details process, it now takes longer to complete a deal and print details than it did before. Thank you.
