For deals that come directly from SalesLink to COTI, any incomplete deals show up 'In Progress' in COTI. However, our deals from iQuote don't show up that way and so have the potential to be lost without that visibility. My previous ticket 19312 was deferred for some reason so I'm adding this here. This has been an issue ever since we went on iQuote in 2016.
