We've discovered that COTI will not show the PO Field in Deal Details if the PO required Y/N is set to N, which is driven by DBS. This has caused us several credit and re-bills b/c the invoicing team did not see the PO field. We think that the PO field should ALWAYS show...blank or not. Here is why. The PO Required function in DBS is primarily used for the higher volume transaction types like work orders, parts and rental. Sales (generally) are not in scope for the use of this function. However, our customers do issue POs for large purchases even when they don't require them for smaller parts and service purchases. In the current configuration, our invoicing team will have do manually change the PO Required field to Y to get the field to show to see if there is anything in it.
