We would like to be able to add some fields where the reps can add competive data on won sales. When they have a won sale we would like for them to be able to tell us the competitor, the model and the price.

We are trying to solve and issue to easily collect won sales data so that the salesman don't have to individually do this, but rather, just answer a few fields in COTI when a sales is won. |
right now the reps are prompted to put in lost sales data... I think we have the won sales process turned off, maybe I need to talk to Peter about how to set it up.
Hi Janet, which report are you referring to?
Sales reps are currently able to enter competitive information as part of winning a quote in iQuote. They can do this if they click on the "Yes" radio button in the "Competitive Info" subsection of the screen where they win the quote.
