Currently, Task (Approval) auto-generated email only has the Stock, EQ model and Customer references. It would help the Sales team if a link to the COTI deal is added to this email. Similar to the link in the Change Request auto-generated email. A reference or link to the task record ID would be helpful as well so it's clear which task needs to be actioned.

Manually navigating to the deal and selecting the required task is time-consuming and carries the risk of potential errors. Introducting a link in the email will enhance efficiency, ensuring a direct and accurate route to the task, mitigating the risk of selecting the wrong one. |

This missing functionality is inconsistent with other areas of COTI (and CloudLink applications), that include the appropriate links and references in system generated emails. It should be core functionality. Thank you
