Having a formal Asset Condition Monitoring Case report available to send to internal personnel and customers creates a professional way to share case information with PSSRs and customers. Currently, we have to share this information by copying case information and sending via email. Using a report format (like PSQ) that is created on demand by the user makes this process more efficient.
