Currently we have a Public role and a CMA Role.
Public role level access EquipmentLink and the CMA role in Condition Monitoring does not have access to create a case. Only EL Administrators can add a case.
The new General Role would be an additional role that could be configured in the Security matrix to give access to create without having to be an EL Administrator.
