Could the saleslink calendar merge with the outlook calendar? Could we get an email reminder when a follow up is due or scheduled? Also other platforms connect to outlook and when a rep sends an email to a customer it automatically records that email to the customer profile as an activty. Is this something that could also be integrated?

Integration with Outlook Calendar already exists today
