CIM - Issues report to include Functional Area filter

Adding the Functional Area filter to the Issues report will enable a better alignment of open / in-progress issues to responsible manager / supervisor. Main objective is to improve visibility and accountability.

Ability to click to save or send current coordinates

For Field Service, Dealers pay taxes based on where the job was done. If we could record where the job is done, that would help save a lot of time when figuring out the taxes for a work order.
