Have ACTIVTIES tab open when reps click and go into customer

When reps go into customers, we have different menus on the left that includes INSIGHTS, ASSETS, ACTIVTIES and BASIC etc. Right now INSIGHTS and BASICS menu tabs are open as a default. Reps want to have ACTIVTIES tab open

AR report needs 'All Divisons' option in executive - the same as how it works in the rep system

Currently the AR report in executive provides the information by the selected division and doesn't allow for a total for the Customer. We are trying to drive the business to Saleslink for Customer AR information, this is proving a limitation.
