We would like to be able to show just the current month totals in SVL separate from the existing current and last month totals

Currently, the display on the main screen under invoiced displays the running total for warranty/non warranty for the current month PLUS last month. Our regional managers are only interested in the current month's numbers

Add Machine to Prospect's Equipment List from a Lost Opportunity / Quote

Allow Dealers to automatically record a competitive machine record for a Prospect from a lost sale/opportunity. This could be a configuration key allowing dealers to choose if they wish to allow or not.

Display a Character Limit in the Safety Message field

Displaying a character limit in the Safety Message field would help prevent messages from being cut off. This feature would ensure the information fits within the available space and save time by eliminating the need to edit messages to fit.

Responsible Mechanic field needs to be displayed

When the Resp. Mechanic field in the segment creation/edit screen is populated, there needs to be a place this is displayed on the segment for the mentioned person and others to see. this also needs to displayed in ServiceLink Flex

RingCentral integration

Customer issues can manifest as RingCentral support tickets. Showing those customer issues in SalesLink in the existing Customer Issues area would provide Marketing and Sales teams with visibility into what customers are facing.

Westrac- SIMS entries need to have the primary and secondary fields made mandatory
